Do you have commercial bathroom dividers that are easy to repair?
If you mean repairing dents and scratches caused by accidental impacts or mischievous kids, solid plastic is the best way to go. Partitions made from solid plastic are not indestructible, but they are tough enough to withstand occasional accidents and graffiti. Shallow scratches and dents in the surface can typically be removed out by carefully heating the marred area and smoothing it out.
We want to make it clear that no partition material is 100% resistant to calculated, malicious vandalism that is carried out with violent force. Such incidents are rare, but they do happen. If your area is exceptionally vulnerable to vandalism of this nature, we recommend taking additional security measures for your facility rather than relying upon standard maintenance and repairs.
Do you have any low-cost commercial bathroom dividers?
Yes. We offer powder-coated steel partitions for low to medium traffic facilities. The steel coating will last for years in these environments without losing its aesthetic appeal. Partition edges are sealed against moisture with a perma-seal edge that protects the interior of the panel.
Powder-coated steel is an ideal choice for restrooms in small office centers, retail stores, small cafes, and small local churches.
What commercial restroom dividers offer the lowest cost of maintenance?
Solid phenolic partitions typically cost less to maintain than solid plastic. Solid phenolic is highly impact-resistant and therefore difficult for even vandals to damage. If you go with solid colored phenolic, you have the added value of a surface that never loses it color and never needs repainting.
Solid phenolic bathroom partitions also feature a certain degree of heat resistance. We recently used this material to build restroom stalls in the City of Midland FHM Natatorium to keep the facility in compliance with very strict local fire codes.
What partitions do you recommend for high-end restroom construction?
We have two types of designer commercial bathroom dividers. The first, fusion granite, is so expensive that it is only used for the most sophisticated of buildings, such as a world class theater, concert hall, or five-star luxury resort hotel.
Most Class A office buildings and local public buildings do not need something quite this chic. They need something with a striking appeal, but not something that goes over the top. For these commercial restrooms, we have found that stainless steel dividers can be used to create exceptional interior designs without exorbitant costs.
