Honeycomb Construction
Many painted metal and stainless-steel restroom partitions are manufactured by adhering two metal sheets to a honeycomb core that resists moisture. The sheet metal is then heated and pressured to seal the adhesion. Metal face sheets consist of galvanized steel that features an oven cured, electrostatic powder coating. The resulting finish is mar resistant. We offer painted metal doors, pilasters, and panels in 15 basic colors.
Bonded Construction
Whether your primary concern is budget, appearance, or durability, almost any project is fair game with bonded-construction restroom partitions, showcased in our several lines of High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) partitions. High-Pressure Laminate partitions utilize a three-ply, resin-impregnated, industrial-grade particleboard substrate with a 45-lb (20.4-kg) density. This substrate is laminated under extreme pressure with colored, matte-finish, plastic face sheets.
Further reinforcement, and therefore a longer lifespan, is possible with the addition of the 11-gauge steel sheet core. High-Pressure Laminate partitions can offer an alternative to metal restroom partitions High-Pressure Laminate partitions surpass both Stainless Steel and Powder-Coated Metal partitions in their resistance to impacts, scratches, and graffiti per ASTM testing standards. Aesthetic details can be achieved through the choice of a laminated or stainless-steel edge, and there are numerous panel colors and patterns to choose from. All these benefits spell a smart choice for virtually any building project, while equally catering to a tight budget
Layered Construction
Layered-construction partitions include our Compact Laminate (CL) panels, also known as Solid Phenolic core panels. Compact Laminate panels consist of moisture-resistant plastic substrate sandwiched between matte-finish melamine surfaces and solidly fused under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. This makes for a considerably dense and durable solid-core product, serviceable for years and backed by a 25-year warranty. These panels, which are easy to clean and highly resistant to various types of damage and physical impact, are typically a concern in high-traffic facilities.
Their water resistance makes them suitable to wet environments, such as water parks or public locker/shower rooms. Buildings in which infection control is a major issue, like hospitals and other healthcare facilities, would benefit greatly from this product due to its bacteria-resistance. They are also highly resistant to fire, and graffiti can be removed without a trace. Another benefit is aesthetic versatility. With hundreds of colors and patterns to choose from, Compact Laminate panels can work with a wide range of design styles. Therefore, Compact Laminate panels may be best utilized not only in environments where durability matters but where appearances may also be given equal weight, such as in large Class A office buildings and in large-scale retail centers.
Homogeneous Construction
(HDPE®) and Solid Color Reinforced Composite (SCRC, Sierra Series®). restroom partitions feature homogenous construction, which means they feature a contiguous substance throughout. Like Compact Laminate (CL)/Solid Phenolic, panels, Solid Color Reinforced Composite (SCRC) partitions enjoy a relatively long tenure, back by a 25-year warranty. They are resistant to scratches, dents, moisture, and impact, and graffiti can be removed without a trace. Also, like Compact Laminate, Solid Color Reinforced Composite partitions may also be used in wet environments. Call us now for detailed specs, mounting style options, and ADA stall design options.
