Interstate I-69 runs directly through Corpus Christi south past the Mexican border. A major thoroughfare for tourists, locals, and college students, it offers the Outlets of Corpus Christi Bay “front and center positioning” for over 21 million passing motorists per annum. The mall is located adjacent to the Nueces County Fairgrounds and is a short half-hour drive from Texas most popular beach areas. The strong local economy, along with proximity to over 40,000 nearby college students, make this location prime real estate for a retail center that caters to persons of all ages who need a convenient source of name brand clothing and fine home products.
Location of Family Public Restrooms
Family public restrooms are located in buildings 3, 4, 5, and 6. There is one family public restroom in buildings 3, 4, and 6. There are 2 family restrooms located in building 5.
Installation Details
Family public restrooms are smaller than men’s and women’s public restrooms. The layout opens to a lavatory and grooming area located on the side wall to the left of the door. The remainder of this side wall is partitioned off to create a single ADA compliant stall with a shopping bag cubby, grab bars and standard public restroom stall accessories. On the opposite wall from the ADA bathroom stall, we mounted a baby changing station.
