Commercial & Industrial Restroom Stall Design Services

There are many dimensions to consider when designing privacy layouts  for restroom stall designs. If working with Architects and Engineers, these dimensions and layout designs are designated in Blueprints and Specifications and can be used to determine Materials and Applications. For restroom stall designs without Blueprints and Specifications, which includes Renovations, Redesigns, or Format Updates, these layouts can be determined by providing widths, depths, ceiling heights along with type of application and materials requested. Designs will be returned in the form of Engineering CAD Drawings. Drawings provided can be edited, updated and finalized based on final area details prior to ordering and installation. These drawings will be the final footprint for the installation layout.

Layout style choices include 1) Overhead Braced Partitions, this style provides the most economical solution for heavy traffic. Pilasters attach to the floor and stand 80″ high and a 2″ Aluminum Brace fits across the Pilasters and runs from wall to wall offering outstanding rigidity. 2) Floor Braced, this style complements design with functional performance. Great for buildings with high ceilings as it enhances the effect of spaciousness. Pilasters brace to the floor and stand 70″H. No additional bracing is required. 3) Ceiling Hung, this style is ideal for areas with low ceilings and offers the area below free from any obstructions, great for easy and fast maintenance. This application requires structural supports in the ceiling. Not recommended for ceiling heights above 8 feet. 4) Floor to Ceiling, this style is mounted to the Floor and Ceiling and is recommended where additional stability is desired.

Material selection choices include Baked Enamel, a galvanized steel, cleaned, primed and finished with a high grade synthetic enamel, Stainless Steel, 20 gauge,  seamless design, Plastic Laminated, a sandwiched high pressure decorative plastic laminate bonded to a solid industrial grade particle board core, Solid Phenolic, constructed from solid resins with a a high pressure decorative matte surface and Solid Plastic, 1″ thick high density polyethylene.
